What is issue-capture?

A skill for quickly recording a short idea as a placeholder issue in GitHub, a service for tracking software tasks and bugs.

Use it to save brief bug reports, task ideas, or follow-up reminders in GitHub without completing the full issue-writing process immediately.

It reduces the effort needed to capture an issue when typing on a phone, such as during a train ride. The issue can be handled in more detail later.
