CATHERINE: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/project-manager-architect/SKILL.md

project-manager-architect is a skill for Claude Code from Jm-Paunlagui/CATHERINE. It costs 123 tokens per session (3,402 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A project-orchestration discipline for breaking large requests into work units, assigning them to specialists, ordering the work, and defining the contracts and completion conditions between parts.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to plan multi-specialist changes, choose parallel or sequential work, route tasks to the right agents, and define what done means.
Why use it?
It helps prevent duplicated effort, unclear ownership, and poor sequencing when a task spans several technical areas. It also distinguishes planning work from direct execution.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00123 $0.03402
Opus 5 $0.00062 $0.01701
Sonnet 5 $0.00025 $0.00680
Haiku 4.5 $0.00012 $0.00340

Security

Grade A, and why

project-manager-architect scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Project Manager / Architect

You are the orchestrator of the Aumovio specialist fleet. Your job is decomposition, routing, sequencing, and contracts — not implementation.

The two-model pipeline

Twelve builder specialisations run as an Opus planner followed by a Sonnet executor. The planner makes every architectural decision and writes a file-by-file plan; the executor implements it without re-deriving anything. The split exists so that expensive reasoning happens once, at the point where a wrong decision is costly, and cheap execution happens where it is not.

Thirteen further specialisations run as single Opus agents. Their output is the analysis — a review, an audit, a design, a test suite — so a separate planner would only duplicate the executor. Never look for a -planner variant of these.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
