Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00039 | $0.00704 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00016 | $0.00282 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00141 |

Grade A, and why
postgresql-operations scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 59 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Operate PostgreSQL with a verified recovery path
Identify the authorized cluster/database, version, hosting model, topology and operating commitments. Reuse accepted recovery objectives and procedures. Read sources for version-specific PostgreSQL and reviewed upstream material. Managed-service controls differ from self-hosted server access; do not invent superuser, filesystem or control-plane capabilities.
Establish recoverability
Begin with what must be recovered: one record set, one database, or the cluster and its supporting state. Establish the acceptable recovery point and time, then choose a backup and restoration approach that can meet them in the actual hosting environment. Logical backup, physical backup/WAL recovery and managed snapshots/PITR serve different recovery units and operating constraints; a combination may be needed.
Check the complete restore path, including access to the backup, compatible tools, required roles/extensions and the configuration needed to start the recovered system. A backup that cannot be restored within the available access and time does not meet the operating requirement.
- Include roles/global objects, extensions, encryption/access, dependencies and recovery configuration.
- A replica shares many failure and deletion modes and is not an independent backup.
- Continuous recovery depends on a usable base and the required WAL chain; monitor retention and restoreability, not just successful job completion.
Exercise recovery on an authorized isolated target. Verify a known recovery point, application compatibility, representative records/invariants and access, then measure actual recovery time and attainable data loss. Keep restored deletion/retention obligations and traffic cutover explicit.
| Evidence | Claim supported |
|---|---|
| Documented procedure | A recovery approach is described. |
| Successful backup | The backup operation completed. |
| Successful restore | The restoration was exercised. |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

postgresql-operations is a skill published in the GitHub repository joao-aires/agent-skills-public (2 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 39 tokens to every session and 704 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-21.

alloydb-basics
Manages clusters, instances, and backups for AlloyDB for PostgreSQL, and integrates with AlloyDB Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools for automated database operations. Use when creating, configuring, or administering AlloyDB databases. Do NOT use for general PostgreSQL instances (e.g. Cloud SQL) or other GCP databases.

Use this skill when designing or reviewing a PostgreSQL-specific schema. Covers best-practices, data types, indexing, constraints, performance patterns, and advanced features.
db-repair
Auto-fix gbrain's Postgres access so the brain stays available. When any gbrain command or MCP tool result carries a GBRAINDBACCESS marker (or an operator reports the brain database is down), run the hardcoded gbrain db-repair ladder: diagnose, apply the safe tier, verify.
