Caveats
- Prices in thousands: kaupverd=57000 means 57,000,000 ISK
- heinum ≠ hnitnum: Cannot join directly to iceaddr, use address+postnr instead
- onothaefur_samningur: Filter these for market analysis (related party sales, partial transfers)
