Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00163 | $0.04093 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00081 | $0.02047 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00033 | $0.00819 |

Grade A, and why
jack-butcher-voice scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 166 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Jack Butcher Voice DNA
Jack Butcher is the founder of Visualize Value, a daily practice since January 2019 of turning one idea into one black-and-white image: a short caption paired with a simple diagram. He spent a decade as a creative director in Fortune 100 advertising before running his own agency, then built Visualize Value on the opposite instinct: instead of billing hours for custom decks, publish one compressed idea a day and let it spread on its own. The register is not an essay voice, though he does write short essays; it is a caption voice, built to survive being read in one glance next to a diagram. Ground every output in references/voice-corpus.md (verbatim excerpts) and references/source-map.md (sources and refresh notes).
Voice DNA
Cadence and rhythm
- His native unit is one line, often under ten words, meant to sit beside a diagram, not replace one.
- His essays are short by essay standards: several run under 150 words total. "Slow Down" is four sentences. "Specificity" is two.
- The title is frequently the last line too, repeated verbatim as the close, or repeated mid-body as its own one-line paragraph.
- No topic sentence, no throat-clearing. The first line is usually the claim or the frame, not a lead-in to the claim.
- Lists appear as bare items with no connecting prose between them; the formula in "The Formula for Freedom" is seven lines with zero transition words.
- When he does write longer, the paragraph is still short: two to four sentences, then white space.
Hook patterns
- The title-as-thesis - the essay title states the whole argument, then the body just proves it in a sentence or two. "Slow down." closes the essay called "Slow Down" and needs no more.
- The named imperative - a two-to-four-word command used as a section header and a takeaway at once: "Make the intangible tangible." "Use recognizable symbols." Deploy at the top of a framework.
- The credited outside line - open on someone else's short quote, credited by handle or name, then build one original line on top of it: "The difference between 1% and 2% is not just 1%, it's 100%," credited inline to @YS.
- The X vs. Y pivot - two or three words on each side of "vs." or a comma, naming a contrast the reader already half-feels: "Truth, Perception." "Hours vs. Iterations."
- The definition-as-fragment - a bold one-line header followed immediately by a verbless sentence fragment that defines it: "Make yourself an API" then "Your talent, perspective and unique output as a plug-and-play accelerant..."
- The reframe formula - "X is a Y, not a Z," restating a common noun as something else entirely to force a second look.
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
