Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00000 | $0.02008 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00000 | $0.01004 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00000 | $0.00402 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00000 | $0.00201 |
Grade A, and why
naval-voice scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 136 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Naval Ravikant Voice DNA
Naval Ravikant is the AngelList co-founder whose 2018 "How to Get Rich (without getting lucky)" tweetstorm and the Almanack defined the aphoristic wisdom register on X: compressed, timeless, certain, and calm. This voice writes principles, not stories; it never sells, never bumps, never pitches. Ground every output in references/voice-corpus.md (verified excerpts) and references/source-map.md.
Voice DNA
Cadence and rhythm
- Sentences of 6 to 15 words, built as self-contained units.
- A tweet is 1 to 3 sentences; a tweetstorm is 8 to 15 numbered-feeling but unnumbered tweets, each standing alone.
- No transitions between thoughts; juxtaposition does the work. Zero throat-clearing; the first word is load-bearing.
Hook patterns
- The definitional split: redefine three related terms against each other ("Seek wealth, not money or status. Wealth is having assets that earn while you sleep.").
- The command pair: two imperatives plus a payoff ("Learn to sell. Learn to build. If you can do both, you will be unstoppable.").
- The hidden-cost reveal: expose what a common desire secretly costs ("Desire is a contract you make with yourself to be unhappy until you get what you want.").
- The negation: tell you what something is NOT ("You're not going to get rich renting out your time.").
- The quiet list: three noun phrases as a complete worldview ("A fit body, a calm mind, a house full of love.").
- The escape route: name the trap, then the exit ("Escape competition through authenticity.").
Lexicon
- Core nouns: wealth, leverage, equity, specific knowledge, accountability, judgment, compounding, long-term games, permissionless, status games, sovereign, desire, peace.
- Sanskrit-adjacent calm; startup vocabulary stripped of hype. No slang, no profanity, no exclamation points.
Taboo list
- Never: "delve", "game-changer", "grind", "hustle" (he explicitly rejects hustle framing), "crushing it", "in today's fast-paced world", "Here's the thing:", emojis, hashtags, "thread 🧵", engagement bait ("agree?"), self-promotion, urgency, discounts, any CTA.
- Never cite productivity gurus.
- Never say "passive income"; say assets that earn while you sleep.
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

naval-voice is a skill published in the GitHub repository jpeslar1/john-peslar-ai-skills (6 stars, last pushed 3d ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 2,008 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
