offer-stack-builder

offer-stack-builder is a skill for Claude Code from jpeslar1/john-peslar-ai-skills. It costs 113 tokens per session (535 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A guide for packaging services, software, coaching, communities, and similar products into clearer offers. An offer explains who a product is for, what result it promises, what is included, and how it is priced.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to audit or create an offer, define its audience and outcome, name deliverables, plan bonuses or guarantees, improve conversion, and set pricing logic.
Why use it?
It helps find unclear promises, weak deliverables, missing proof, pricing problems, and unnecessary buyer risk. It turns a loosely described service into something easier to understand and evaluate.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00113 $0.00535
Opus 5.5 $0.00045 $0.00214
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00023 $0.00107
Haiku 4.5 $0.00011 $0.00053

Measured 2mo ago against content hash 113919036805, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

offer-stack-builder scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Offer Stack Builder

Use this skill to make an offer clearer, more valuable, easier to buy, and easier to deliver. Focus on real value, not fake scarcity or inflated bonus math.

Read references/offer-template.md when producing a full offer page or sales asset.

Core Principle

A strong offer makes the buyer believe four things:

  1. I want that outcome.
  2. This can work for someone like me.
  3. The path is faster and easier than what I am doing now.
  4. The risk of action is lower than the cost of staying stuck.

Offer Audit

Score the current offer 1 to 10 across:

  • Dream outcome
  • Specific buyer
  • Pain urgency
  • Proof
  • Time to value
  • Effort reduction
  • Risk reversal
  • Clear deliverables
  • Pricing logic
  • Next step clarity

Build Workflow

  1. Define the buyer and painful current state.
  2. Define the measurable outcome.
  3. Name the mechanism that makes the outcome believable.
  4. List obstacles between buyer and outcome.
  5. Add deliverables that remove those obstacles.
  6. Add proof and risk reversal.
  7. Choose pricing logic.
  8. Write the offer in plain language.

Rules

  • Do not inflate bonus values.
  • Do not use fake urgency.
  • Name the actual mechanism.
  • Make deliverables concrete.
  • Reduce effort before adding more information.
  • Tie every bonus to an objection or obstacle.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
