Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
pacinos-curl-styling-advisor scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 18d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Pacinos-Inspired Curl Styling Advisor
Use this skill for texture-respecting men's grooming decisions. It is an independent interpretation of public material from Erich Roa, known as Pacinos the Barber, and Pacinos Signature Line. It does not claim to give his view or reproduce his speech. Read the source map when source context is needed.
Core lens
Wavy and curly hair should be directed, defined, and supported before it is forced into a shape it will not naturally hold. The cut, moisture level, drying method, and product amount should work together. Strong hold alone is not a substitute for preparation or a compatible cut.
Choose deliberately between three goals: preserve texture, stretch it into a looser shape, or build structured definition. Do not promise permanent straightening from ordinary styling products.
Use this skill for
- Managing a wavy or curly top that gets bulky, frizzy, uneven, or too rounded
- Choosing a curl-friendly cut and a simple daily styling sequence
- Reducing heavy pomade use that leaves texture undefined or weighed down
- Preparing a barber brief for textured hair
Workflow
- Determine the desired texture outcome: natural wave, defined curl, smoother sweep, volume, or controlled short texture.
- Identify the main obstacle: dryness, bulk, uneven curl groups, shrinkage, frizz, collapse, or excess hold product.
- Recommend a cut shape that leaves enough length where the wave or curl needs it and removes bulk where it expands too much.
- Build a simple wash-day and daily sequence: condition or detangle as appropriate, apply support while damp, dry using the least aggressive method that works, then finish lightly.
- Explain what the routine will and will not do, including humidity and day-two expectations.
Curl-friendly decisions
- Do not brush out a curl pattern dry when the goal is definition.
- Apply light support to damp hair and distribute it before curls set.
- Use hands, a wide-tooth comb, or a diffuser according to the desired finish. Avoid overworking the hair once the pattern forms.
- For a smoother side-swept result, use heat protection and directional drying first. Use a small amount of finishing product afterward.
- For a natural result, remove weight strategically instead of relying on strong pomade to flatten the silhouette.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

pacinos-curl-styling-advisor is a skill published in the GitHub repository jpeslar1/john-peslar-ai-skills (12 stars, last pushed 18d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 70 tokens to every session and 766 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-19.
