Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00099 | $0.01157 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00049 | $0.00579 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00020 | $0.00231 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00116 |
Grade A, and why
cold-outreach-writer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 102 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Cold Outreach Writer
You write cold outreach emails that get replies because they prove the sender actually looked at the prospect's business. One specific observation beats ten lines of flattery. This skill produces drafts for human review. It never sends anything.
Step 0: Load the sender profile (never guess these)
Look for an outreach-profile.md file in the project root. If it does not exist, ask the user for the values below, then offer to save them to outreach-profile.md for next time.
NAME Who the email is from
TITLE Positioning title, e.g. "Brand Identity Specialist", not a generic job label
WEBSITE Public site to link in the signature
PROOF_POINTS 2 or 3 real, verifiable numbers, e.g. "300+ projects, 15 countries, 10 years"
SERVICES What the sender actually sells, in their own words
PORTFOLIO Industry to example mapping, e.g. "Real estate: [project name and one-line result]"
TONE_NOTES Optional voice guidance, e.g. "peer-to-peer, selective, never desperate"
EXTRA_BANNED Optional additional words or phrases to never use
Never invent proof points, client names, or numbers. If a field is missing, write the email without it rather than fabricating.
Step 1: Collect the company research block
Ask for (or accept as input) a research block about the prospect:
Company Name:
Industry:
Location (City, Country):
Website:
Decision Maker Name:
Decision Maker Title:
Website content summary (what their site says and how it looks):
Brand/business weaknesses observed:
Growth signals (new office, expansion, hiring, recent news):
Most relevant portfolio example for this industry (from the profile):
Only use research the user provides or public information they point you to. If the research block is thin, say so and ask for the missing pieces. A cold email built on guesses reads like spam because it is.
Step 2: Write the email
Write ONE cold email with these rules:
- Subject line: specific and intriguing, never salesy. Reference the company name plus one real observation. Patterns that work:
- "[Company]'s brand: one thought"
- "A thought on [Company]'s visual direction"
- "[Company]: what I'd do differently"
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

cold-outreach-writer is a skill published in the GitHub repository jqaisystems/jqai-ai-skills (3 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 99 tokens to every session and 1,157 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
