Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00066 $0.00583
Opus 5 $0.00033 $0.00292
Sonnet 5 $0.00013 $0.00117
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00058

Security

Grade A, and why

write-evidence-backed-profile scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Write Evidence-Backed Profile

Create audience-specific profile writing from an approved evidence set. Prefer a smaller defensible story over a broad invented persona.

1. Define the writing task

  • Confirm the audience, channel, prompt or field, word or character limit, desired action, and tone.
  • Identify the claims the user expects the draft to communicate.
  • Read references/channel-output-rules.md for the selected format.
  • Preserve exact names, links, titles, dates, and wording supplied for the current task.

2. Build or inspect the evidence pack

  • Use assets/evidence-pack-template.md when the user has not supplied a structured source set.
  • Use public sources and user-approved facts only.
  • Verify current pages when roles, availability, metrics, projects, credentials, services, or positioning may have changed.
  • Treat inaccessible sources and unsupported user expectations as unverified.
  • Do not embed a specific person's identity, CV, website, source registry, or voice guide in the skill.

3. Map evidence to the audience

For each important requested claim, record:

  • the evidence that supports it
  • whether it is direct experience, adjacent experience, interpretation, or unsupported
  • why it matters to this audience
  • the strongest wording the evidence permits

Do not infer job titles, customer relationships, years of experience, technical depth, revenue, performance, availability, awards, or credentials from weak signals.

4. Write the strongest honest version

  • Lead with the most relevant supported overlap between the evidence and the audience's need.
  • Present adjacent experience as adjacent, not direct expertise.
  • Use concrete public work when it improves credibility.
  • Omit unsupported claims instead of filling gaps with generic confidence.
  • Avoid inflated certainty, unsupported superlatives, fabricated enthusiasm, and irrelevant capability lists.
  • Match the requested format so the result is ready for human review and use.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
