What is power-bi-pages?

A tool for managing the pages in Power BI reports, including their size, order, visibility, filters, and drillthrough settings. Power BI is Microsoft's software for building interactive data reports.

Use it to add, remove, inspect, hide, resize, reorder, and configure pages in PBIR report projects, including drillthrough pages.

It removes the need to edit report files by hand when changing how report pages are arranged or displayed.

Power BI Pages Skill

Manage pages in PBIR reports. Pages are folders inside definition/pages/ containing a page.json file and a visuals/ directory. No Power BI Desktop connection is needed.

Listing and Inspecting Pages

width, height (canvas size in pixels)

visual_count -- how many visuals on the page

filter_config -- page-level filter configuration (if any)
visual_interactions -- custom visual interaction rules (if any)

Adding Pages

Default canvas size is 1280x720 (standard 16:9). Common alternatives:

Deleting Pages

This removes the entire page folder including all visual subdirectories.
