responsive-accessibility

responsive-accessibility is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from juspay/xyne-spaces. It costs 27 tokens per session (233 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A guide for making interfaces adapt to different screen sizes and work for people using keyboards or assistive technology. It covers layout reflow, semantic HTML, focus states, contrast, alternative text, and reduced motion.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to check and improve mobile layouts, keyboard navigation, headings, labels, buttons, links, focus indicators, error states, and readable contrast.
Why use it?
It prevents clipped content, horizontal scrolling, unusable controls, confusing structure, and interactions that depend only on a mouse or hover.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00027 $0.00233
Opus 5 $0.00014 $0.00117
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00047
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00023

Security

Grade A, and why

responsive-accessibility scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Responsive and accessible UI

Treat mobile and accessibility as design inputs, not cleanup.

  • Start from content behavior: allow wrapping, use fluid widths, set sensible max-widths, and avoid fixed heights around text.
  • Add breakpoints only where the composition actually fails. Convert multi- column layouts into an intentional stacked order on narrow screens.
  • Use semantic headings in order, associated labels, button elements for actions, links for navigation, and helpful alternative text.
  • Ensure every interactive element is reachable and usable by keyboard.
  • Include visible :focus-visible, hover, active, disabled, and error states.
  • Respect prefers-reduced-motion and do not rely on hover for essential info.
  • Maintain WCAG AA-style contrast for normal text and important controls.

Validate at approximately 1440px, 1024px, 768px, and 390px widths. Check for horizontal overflow, clipped text, inaccessible menus, and reflow problems.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
