pdlc-standard

pdlc-standard is a skill for Claude Code from kanfu-panda/pdlc-skills. It costs 24 tokens per session (941 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A manager for team standards stored under the project's standards directory, such as coding, API, or naming rules. It keeps one current document per topic and records changes in a separate change log.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to add, edit, archive, and index project standards while checking for versioned-file mistakes and missing change-log entries.
Why use it?
It prevents competing versioned copies of the same rule from accumulating. It also preserves history through change logs, Git history, and archived documents.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00024 $0.00941
Opus 5 $0.00012 $0.00470
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00188
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00094

Security

Grade A, and why

pdlc-standard scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

  2. 就地编辑 + _changelog.md:每次修改在同目录 _changelog.md 追加一条(日期 / 命令 / 变更摘要)。

add <category>/<name>

categorycoding / api / naming

  3. 同目录 _changelog.md 追加创建记录
  4. 更新 docs/00_standards/_index.md

edit <path> <change>

改完在 _changelog.md 追加变更摘要。

archive <path>

移到 docs/.archive/standards/,原位置留 stub(一行指向新位置 + 废弃原因)。

index

扫描 docs/00_standards/**,重新生成 _index.md(按 category 分组列出所有规范 + 一句话摘要)。

  • 本次涉及的 _changelog.md 已追加记录

  • 可自动修复(漏更 _changelog.md / _index.md 不一致)→ 直接补

📦 已更新:docs/00_standards/<...> + _changelog.md + _index.md

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

pdlc-standard is a skill published in the GitHub repository kanfu-panda/pdlc-skills (13 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 24 tokens to every session and 941 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
