Openship-App: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/writing-plans/SKILL.md

writing-plans is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from kareemessam09/Openship-App. It costs 24 tokens per session (165 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A guide for writing structured software implementation plans. It covers scope, affected files, dependency order, verification steps, and open questions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to plan features, bug fixes, refactors, or technical designs involving several files or steps.
Why use it?
It turns a broad coding request into smaller, reviewable tasks and helps expose missing prerequisites before work begins.

This is kareemessam09/Openship-App's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on Openship-App itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything Openship-App configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00024 $0.00165
Opus 5 $0.00012 $0.00082
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00033
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00016

Measured 10d ago against content hash 2fd80d38f389, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-10, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

writing-plans scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Writing Plans Superpower

Create actionable, modular, and verifiable implementation plans.

Guidelines for Plans

  1. Explicit Scope: Clearly list what is in-scope and what is explicitly out-of-scope.
  2. File Level Diffs: Break down changes by component and specify exact files being created, modified, or deleted.
  3. Dependencies First: Order steps logically so lower-level models and clients are implemented before higher-level ViewModels and UI.
  4. Verification Criteria: Every phase must contain automated and manual verification steps.
  5. Open Questions: Surface design tradeoffs, potential breaking changes, or ambiguities upfront.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
