Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00000 | $0.01290 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00000 | $0.00645 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00000 | $0.00258 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00000 | $0.00129 |
Grade A, and why
spot-futures-arb scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
This is a copy
100% identical to spot-futures-arb — 0 lines differ, which has more behind it and is treated as the original. This page carries a canonical link to it rather than competing with it.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 156 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Spot-Futures Arbitrage Skill
Delta-neutral strategy exploiting funding rate differentials between spot and perpetual futures markets.
Overview
Spot-Futures Arbitrage (also called "Cash and Carry" or "Funding Rate Arbitrage") is a market-neutral strategy that profits from the funding rate mechanism in perpetual futures contracts without taking directional risk.
How It Works:
- Buy spot asset (e.g., 1 BTC)
- Short equivalent perpetual futures (e.g., 1 BTC-PERP)
- Collect funding payments when funding rate is positive
- Hedge is delta-neutral: price movements cancel out
Typical APY: 10-50%+ depending on market conditions
The Funding Rate Mechanism
Perpetual futures have no expiry date. To keep the futures price anchored to spot, exchanges use a funding rate paid between longs and shorts every 8 hours.
- Positive funding (market bullish): Longs pay shorts → Short futures, earn funding
- Negative funding (market bearish): Shorts pay longs → Long futures, earn funding
Features
Core Features
- Multi-exchange monitoring: Track funding rates across Binance, Bybit, OKX, dYdX, Hyperliquid
- Auto-entry/exit: Open positions when funding exceeds threshold, close when opportunity ends
- Cross-margin optimization: Use margin efficiently across positions
- Real-time P&L tracking: Track funding collected vs trading fees
Supported Exchanges
| Exchange | Funding Interval | API Support |
|---|---|---|
| Binance | 8h | ✅ Full |
| Bybit | 8h | ✅ Full |
| OKX | 8h | ✅ Full |
| dYdX | 1h | ✅ Full |
| Hyperliquid | 1h | ✅ Full |
| Kraken | 4h | ✅ Full |
Risk Management
- Max position size: Per-asset and total portfolio limits
- Funding threshold: Only enter when rate exceeds minimum (e.g., 0.01%)
- Auto-exit triggers: Close if funding turns negative beyond threshold
- Liquidation protection: Monitor margin ratios, auto-reduce if needed
- Hedging accuracy: Ensure spot and futures positions stay balanced

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

spot-futures-arb is a skill published in the GitHub repository kayzaa/k.i.t.-bot (5 stars, last pushed 6mo ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 1,290 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. It is 100% identical to spot-futures-arb, differing in 0 lines, and is treated as a copy.
