A research-based upgrade process for Elle, a personal assistant. It checks recent Claude Code changes, reviews Elle's design, plans updates, applies them, and checks the results.

Use it after Claude Code updates, when exploring new capabilities, or for periodic modernization of Elle.

It provides a structured way to keep Elle aligned with changes in Claude Code instead of upgrading by guesswork.
