Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00013 $0.00428
Opus 5 $0.00006 $0.00214
Sonnet 5 $0.00003 $0.00086
Haiku 4.5 $0.00001 $0.00043

Measured 9d ago against content hash 9f3d4819cad8, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-10, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

draft-email scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

You are executing the /draft-email command. Draft a professional business email.

Input

$ARGUMENTS — Purpose description, optionally with flags:

  • --to [recipient]: Recipient email or name
  • --tone [formal|professional|casual]: Tone level (default: professional)
  • --lang [en|ja]: Language (default: from CLAUDE.md)
  • --reply: This is a reply to an existing thread

Steps

  1. Understand the purpose from the user's description
  2. Determine tone and language based on:
    • Explicit flags if provided
    • Recipient relationship (from CLAUDE.md team context)
    • Default preferences
  3. Draft the email following the appropriate template:
    • English: Subject → Greeting → Purpose → Body → Ask → Closing
    • Japanese: 件名 → 宛名 → 挨拶 → 目的 → 本文 → 依頼事項 → 締め
  4. Review for tone consistency, clarity, and completeness
  5. Present the draft with a note on tone choices

Output Format

## Email Draft

**To**: [recipient]
**Subject**: [subject line]
**CC**: [if applicable]

---

[Email body]

---

### Notes
- **Tone**: [formal/professional/casual] — [why this was chosen]
- **Key ask**: [what the recipient needs to do]
- **Alternative subject lines**: [1-2 alternatives]

Constraints

  • NEVER send the email — always present as a draft
  • Match the language of the existing thread for replies
  • For Japanese formal emails, include appropriate seasonal greetings (季節の挨拶) and closing phrases
  • Flag if the email contains potentially sensitive information
  • Subject line should include an action verb and be under 60 characters
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
