Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00014 | $0.00510 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00007 | $0.00255 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00003 | $0.00102 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00001 | $0.00051 |
Grade A, and why
inbox-triage scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
You are executing the /inbox-triage command. Perform bulk triage of the user's unread messages.
Arguments
$ARGUMENTSmay contain:--email-only,--slack-only,--since "Xh ago"
Steps
-
Fetch: Pull unread messages from Gmail and Slack in parallel (or one only if flag set)
-
Classify each message into 4 tiers:
- Skip: Bot notifications, automated alerts, marketing → recommend auto-archive
- Info Only: CC'd emails, announcements, FYI messages → no action needed
- Meeting Info: Calendar invites, scheduling, agenda → calendar-related action
- Action Required: Direct asks, deadlines, approvals → needs response
-
Prioritize Action Required items by:
- Sender importance (from CLAUDE.md team context)
- Deadline proximity
- Explicit urgency signals
-
Suggest actions for top items:
- Draft reply suggestions for Action Required items
- Offer to bulk-archive Skip items
Output Format
## Inbox Triage — [Date] [Time]
### Action Required ([N] items) — sorted by priority
| # | Source | From | Subject/Topic | Urgency | Suggested Action |
|---|--------|------|---------------|---------|-----------------|
| 1 | Gmail | CFO | Budget approval | ★★★ | Reply with figures |
| 2 | Slack | @alice (#eng) | PR review | ★★ | Review PR #234 |
### Meeting Info ([N] items)
- [Invite]: Q1 Planning — Accept? [yes/no/tentative]
### Info Only ([N] items)
- [Summary of informational messages]
### Skip ([N] items) — recommend archive
- [N] bot notifications, [N] marketing emails
→ Archive all? [confirm]
### Quick Actions
Would you like me to:
- [ ] Draft replies for Action Required items?
- [ ] Archive Skip items?
- [ ] Create tasks for Action Required items?
Constraints
- Never auto-archive without user confirmation
- Show enough context to make a quick decision (sender, subject, first line)
- If Gmail/Slack is not connected, note it and skip that source
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

inbox-triage is a skill published in the GitHub repository kenshikobayashi/everything-claude-code-for-business (2 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT.
