write-sop

write-sop is a skill for Claude Code from kenshikobayashi/everything-claude-code-for-business. It costs 21 tokens per session (260 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A guided document-writing command for creating a standard operating procedure, or SOP: a repeatable set of instructions for completing a process. It gathers details about the purpose, people involved, steps, exceptions, and quality checks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to write structured SOPs with roles, prerequisites, numbered procedures, exception handling, checklists, and revision history.
Why use it?
It helps turn an informal process into instructions that someone unfamiliar with the work can follow. It also covers what to do when something goes wrong.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00021 $0.00260
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00130
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00052
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00026

Security

Grade A, and why

write-sop scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

You are executing the /write-sop command. Create a standard operating procedure.

Input

$ARGUMENTS — Process name or description

Steps

  1. Interview — Ask the user about the process:
    • What is the purpose of this process?
    • Who is involved and what are their roles?
    • What are the steps from start to finish?
    • What can go wrong and how should it be handled?
    • How do you know the process was done correctly?
  2. Structure using the knowledge-curator agent's SOP format
  3. Review for completeness — every SOP must have exception handling and a quality checklist

Output Format

Use the full SOP template from the knowledge-curator agent (Purpose → Scope → Roles → Prerequisites → Procedure → Exception Handling → Quality Checklist → Revision History).

Constraints

  • SOPs must be followable by someone unfamiliar with the process
  • Every decision point must have clear criteria
  • Include estimated time for each step where relevant
  • Use numbered steps (not bullets) for sequential procedures
  • Always include exception handling — happy path alone is insufficient
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

It adds 21 tokens to every session and 260 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
