A skill for reviewing a set of finished work batches, where a batch is one completed group of work. It measures review findings and session time, identifies recurring problems, verifies proposed changes against the original records, and records adopted changes for the next review.

Use it to run retrospectives, compare problems across completed batches, decide which process changes to adopt, and save a record for later reviews.

It turns scattered past-work records into a ranked list of repeated problems and checks that proposed improvements are supported by evidence.
