team-cicd

team-cicd is a skill for Claude Code from ketor/cto-fleet. It costs 134 tokens per session (8,039 once invoked), scanned B, original, Apache-2.0.

A process for inspecting and improving CI/CD pipelines, which automatically build, test, and deploy code. It examines pipeline settings, compares independent analyses of build time and failure patterns, and can generate updated configuration.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI to analyze a pipeline and receive an optimization report. With the fix option, it can apply the generated configuration improvements.
Why use it?
It helps uncover slow builds, recurring failures, and inefficient pipeline steps that are easy to miss in configuration files. You can review suggested changes before applying them.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00134 $0.08039
Opus 5 $0.00067 $0.04019
Sonnet 5 $0.00027 $0.01608
Haiku 4.5 $0.00013 $0.00804

Security

Grade B, and why

team-cicd scanned grade B with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Asks for rootmediumPrivilege escalation

A mod that escalates privileges can change anything on the machine, not only the project.

Preamble (run first)

_UPD=$(~/.claude/skills/cto-fleet/bin/cto-fleet-update-check 2>/dev/null || true)
[ -n "$_UPD" ] && echo "$_UPD" || true

If output shows UPGRADE_AVAILABLE <old> <new>: read ~/.claude/skills/cto-fleet/cto-fleet-upgrade/SKILL.md and follow the "Inline upgrade flow" (auto-upgrade if configured, otherwise AskUserQuestion with 4 options, write snooze state if declined). If JUST_UPGRADED <from> <to>: tell user "Running cto-fleet v{to} (just updated!)" and continue.

使用 TeamCreate 创建 team(名称格式 team-cicd-{YYYYMMDD-HHmmss},如 team-cicd-20260308-143022,避免多次调用冲突),你作为 team lead 按以下流程协调。

(File-Based Handoff)

    • 目录路径:/tmp/{team-name}/(team lead 在 TeamCreate 后执行 mkdir -p /tmp/{team-name} && chmod 700 /tmp/{team-name}
    • 单个文件 ≤ 2000 行;超大报告拆分为 summary + details 文件

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

team-cicd is a skill published in the GitHub repository ketor/cto-fleet (5 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 134 tokens to every session and 8,039 once invoked, about $0.0007 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it B with 1 finding (asks for root). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
