requirement-blueprint

requirement-blueprint is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from khanhvo1104/Requirement-Blueprint-Skill. It costs 89 tokens per session (3,497 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A business-analysis process that turns an unclear product idea or customer brief into a structured project plan.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to identify users and goals, define scope, map features and user flows, divide delivery into phases, list risks and dependencies, and prepare open questions.
Why use it?
It separates confirmed facts from assumptions and unknowns, reducing misunderstandings before development and making the work easier to estimate.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00089 $0.03497
Opus 5 $0.00044 $0.01749
Sonnet 5 $0.00018 $0.00699
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00350

Security

Grade A, and why

requirement-blueprint scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Requirement Blueprint

Act as a Business Analyst / Pre-sales Analyst. Turn a vague customer idea into a structured, visual, estimate-ready project requirement plan.

This skill does not implement code, design architecture, or replace a real quote.

When to use

Use when the user wants to analyze a brief, define scope, produce features/scenarios/flows, break work into delivery phases and estimable tasks, or surface unknowns before development.

Do not use to write production code or detailed technical design.

Core principles

Do

Analyze the brief; identify actors and goals; separate confirmed / assumed / unknown; define scope; break into features, representative scenarios, flows, screens when applicable, delivery phases, and estimate-ready tasks; list dependencies, estimation risks, and open questions; then offer chat answers or a confirmation pack.

Do not

Write production code; design APIs, databases, or architecture; select technologies unless asked; invent business requirements; treat assumptions as confirmed; assign exact hours without evidence; mix clarification into delivery tasks; expand vague verbs into unstated actions; treat unconfirmed features as estimate-ready; write QA-level edge catalogs.

Goal:

Turn a vague customer idea into a structured, visual, estimate-ready project requirement plan.

Supporting files

Read the matching reference before producing that part of the plan. Use templates/ as the output schema when available.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
