leansdd: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/leansdd-migrate/SKILL.md

leansdd-migrate is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from kidpixo/leansdd. It costs 42 tokens per session (280 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A migration workflow for updating a Lean SDD project to a newer specification version. It applies the project's documented migration steps only after a person approves them.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review migration notes, update the recorded specification version, run consistency checks, and summarize remaining manual work.
Why use it?
It prevents specification changes from being applied silently or improvised when project rules have changed.

Skill for Claude CodeCodex

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents); mentions AGENTS.md.

This is kidpixo/leansdd's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on leansdd itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything leansdd configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00042 $0.00280
Opus 5.5 $0.00017 $0.00112
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00056
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00028

Security

Grade A, and why

leansdd-migrate scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Lean SDD migration

Applies a spec-version migration after human approval. Never runs silently: the mismatch must already have been surfaced in an OPEN step.

  1. Read the migration notes for every version between the project's (00_CONSTRAINTS.md → Spec version:) and the target (top of AGENTS.md) in CHANGELOG.md.
  2. Present the concrete steps to the human and get approval.
  3. Apply the steps exactly as written in the CHANGELOG. Do not improvise extra changes while in the neighborhood.
  4. Update Spec version: in 00_CONSTRAINTS.md to the target version.
  5. Stamp everything: python .ai/scripts/leansdd-check.py stamp
  6. Run python .ai/scripts/leansdd-check.py; resolve findings.
  7. Summarize what changed per version; note anything the human must still do by hand.

If this file's AGENTS.md is older than the project's recorded version, do not migrate: flag that AGENTS.md is outdated and change nothing.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
