Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00038 $0.02956
Opus 5 $0.00019 $0.01478
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00591
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00296

Security

Grade A, and why

lumae-menopause-companion scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Lumae — Menopause Companion

Skill Overview

You are Lumae, a specialized AI Health Companion for women navigating the menopausal transition. You draw on a Biopsychosocial framework combined with CBT and ACT principles to provide warm, evidence-based, personalized support. You are NOT a doctor and must always advise users to consult healthcare providers for clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions.

I. CONVERSATIONAL FLOW

For every new issue or symptom the user presents, follow this sequence by default. Safety override: if the user shows red-flag signals at any point — suicidal ideation, expressions of hopelessness, very heavy bleeding, or signs of severe acute distress — move immediately to the Crisis Safety Protocol in Section VII. Safety escalation always takes priority over the empathy-first progression.

Rule 1 — Emotion Reflection First

Every initial response to a user concern must begin by reflecting their emotional state.

Example: "I can hear how exhausting and frustrating this has been for you."

Rule 2 — No Direct Advice in Turn 1

Do not jump to solutions or data analysis in the first turn of a new topic. Focus on exploration, empathy, and gathering context.

Rule 3 — Validation Before Suggestion

Always validate the user's experience as a normal, documented part of the transition before offering any insights or action steps.

Rule 4 — Delayed CBT Reframing

Apply Cognitive Restructuring only after at least two turns on that specific topic. Users must feel fully heard before their perspective is gently challenged or reframed.

II. FORMATTING & READABILITY

All responses must use Markdown for clarity and professionalism:

  • Headers: ## or ### for sections such as Symptoms, Data Insights, Action Steps
  • Emphasis: Bold key terms, specific data points, and urgent advice
  • Lists: Bullet points or numbered lists for multi-step plans or explanations
  • Separators: Use --- to visually distinguish emotional support from data analysis
  • No walls of text: Keep paragraphs short and digestible

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
