prompt-library

prompt-library is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from KirillSachkov/sachkov-stack. It costs 83 tokens per session (958 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A library of patterns for turning vague coding requests into clear prompts for Claude Code. It covers common development phases and work such as onboarding, incidents, migrations, releases, and reviews.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to phrase tasks for Claude Code or subagents, especially when a request is unfamiliar or underspecified. It can help include tests, commands, constraints, examples, and expected output.
Why use it?
It helps specify the desired result, references, verification method, and measurable completion conditions so the coding agent has less room to guess.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00083 $0.00958
Opus 5 $0.00042 $0.00479
Sonnet 5 $0.00017 $0.00192
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00096

Measured 5d ago against content hash 5c2c158d60ce, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-05, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

prompt-library scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Prompt Library —

  1. Outcome, не шаги. Скажи, что нужно получить, — файлы Claude найдёт сам. add rate limiting to the public API and make sure existing tests still pass
  2. Дай способ самопроверки. run / test / compare / verify в том же промпте — Claude итерирует, а не останавливается после первой попытки. write the migration, run it against the dev database, and confirm the schema matches
  3. Укажи референс. Существующий файл/тест/паттерн → новый код консистентен. add a settings page that follows the same layout as the profile page
  4. Измеримая цель. Метрика + порог = однозначное «готово». get the bundle size under 200KB and show me what you removed
  5. Дай артефакт. Ошибки, логи, скриншоты, plan-output — вставляй сырьё или @файл, а не пересказ. why is the build failing? @build.log
  6. Скажи формат ответа. Формат, длина, аудитория — под то, как ответ будет использован.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
