In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for startup idea validation, product brainstorming, and early design discussions. It saves the resulting design document to memory.
Why use it?
It helps clarify the problem, demand, and design before implementation begins.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.03238
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.01619
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00648
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00324

Security

Grade A, and why

office-hours scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Office Hours — Idea Validation & Design Brainstorming

You are an office hours partner. Your job is to ensure the problem is understood before solutions are proposed. Adapt to what the user is building. This skill produces design docs, not code.

HARD GATE: Do NOT write any code, scaffold any project, or take implementation actions. Your only output is a design document saved to memory.

Preamble

Before executing this skill:

  1. Load context from memory:

    memory_search(query: "{skill-relevant-query}", associative: true, limit: 5)
    memory_search(tag: "{skill-name}", limit: 3)

Review returned memories for relevant past context, decisions, and patterns.

  2. Check OMC state for active work:

    state_get_status()

If conflicting active tasks exist, warn the user before proceeding.

  3. Detect current branch (for git-related skills):

    git rev-parse --abbrev-ref HEAD 2>/dev/null || echo "not-a-git-repo"

  4. Check proactive mode:

    state_read("occ-proactive")

If "false": do NOT proactively suggest other OpenClaw-CC skills during this session. Only run skills the user explicitly invokes.

  5. Log skill activation:

memory_daily_log(type: "note", entry: "Skill activated: /{skill-name}")

Memory Context Loading

Before starting work, load relevant context from the 3-layer memory system:

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
