Senti-MCP: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/koni-docs/SKILL.md

koni-docs is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from Koniverse/Senti-MCP. It costs 213 tokens per session (5,064 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A documentation-management procedure for software projects using files such as product specifications, architecture records, release notes, setup guides, and sprint plans. It defines how these documents are updated and organized.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to update project documents, create or split stories, record decisions, write lessons or release notes, and run documentation checks.
Why use it?
It prevents code changes and project decisions from becoming disconnected from the documentation. It also sets rules for same-commit updates and recorded project history.

Which agent this was written for is unclear — built for gstack. Also seen: mentions CLAUDE.md; installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents); mentions AGENTS.md.

This is Koniverse/Senti-MCP's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on Senti-MCP itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything Senti-MCP configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00213 $0.05064
Opus 5 $0.00106 $0.02532
Sonnet 5 $0.00043 $0.01013
Haiku 4.5 $0.00021 $0.00506

Security

Grade A, and why

koni-docs scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 5 executable files (scripts/__tests__/fixtures/good/real-tool.py, scripts/__tests__/test-check-references.py, scripts/__tests__/test-coverage.py, …), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

koni-docs — Documentation Management

One rule above all others: every code-shipping commit updates docs in the SAME commit. Never defer documentation to a follow-up.

One carve-out, and only one: a commit's own SHA cannot be inside it. If a SHA is recorded at all, it is backfilled by a follow-up commit — never --amend-ed in, which orphans it (RULE-2).

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
