Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade B, and why
reflect scanned grade B with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

.claude/, .codex/, .gemini/ hold keys, settings and other credentials a mod has no legitimate need for.
Before fanning out, find this conversation's transcript under `~/.claude/projects/<slug>/`, where `<slug>` is the workspace's absolute path with every `/` and `.` turned into `-` (so `/home/you/proj` becomes `-home-you-p How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 68 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Reflect
Mine the current conversation for durable learnings, then route them into skill edits.
Invoke when the user says "reflect" or "/reflect". Skip when the conversation is trivial, off-topic, or already covered by an existing skill the parent followed correctly. One-offs are not learnings.
1. Locate the active transcript
Before fanning out, find this conversation's transcript under ~/.claude/projects/<slug>/, where <slug> is the workspace's absolute path with every / and . turned into - (so /home/you/proj becomes -home-you-proj). Do not glob across ~/.claude/projects/*/. That crosses workspace boundaries and reads private chats from unrelated projects.
ls -t ~/.claude/projects/<slug>/*.jsonl ~/.claude/projects/<slug>/*/subagents/*.jsonl 2>/dev/null | head -10
That covers the session (<id>.jsonl) and subagent (<parent>/subagents/agent-<child>.jsonl) layouts. For each candidate, read the first JSONL line. Take the file whose message.content[0].text contains the conversation's opening user prompt. If none matches, pass a tight digest of the session instead.
2. Spawn three reviewers in parallel
One message, three Agent tool calls, subagent_type: "general-purpose". Reviewers need MCP access to look up the tickets, chat threads, and observability traces the transcript references, and the general-purpose agent keeps it.
Each reviewer and the synthesizer name a role from the model table in the poteto-mode skill.
| Lens | Role | model |
Prompt template |
|---|---|---|---|
| Judgment | reflect judgment, divergent, synthesizer |
inherit the parent (omit) | references/judgment-reviewer.md |
| Tooling | reflect tooling |
sonnet |
references/tooling-reviewer.md |
| Divergent | reflect judgment, divergent, synthesizer |
inherit the parent (omit) | references/divergent-reviewer.md |
Pass each template verbatim, substituting the transcript path or digest where marked. Reviewers return findings in their final report.
What ships with it
4 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

reflect is a skill published in the GitHub repository koolamusic/claudefiles (130 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 36 tokens to every session and 1,001 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it B with 1 finding (reads agent configuration directories). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-14.
