What is calculation-groups?

A guide for creating Power BI calculation groups with DAX, the formula language used by Power BI. Calculation groups let one reusable calculation apply to many measures, such as sales or profit.

Building reusable year-to-date, prior-year, year-over-year, currency-conversion, period-comparison, and conditional-formatting calculations.

It reduces repeated measures and keeps shared calculations in one place, making time comparisons, currency conversion, and similar logic easier to maintain.
