Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00060 $0.01670
Opus 5 $0.00030 $0.00835
Sonnet 5 $0.00012 $0.00334
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00167

Security

Grade A, and why

b2b-outbound-messaging scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

B2B Outbound Messaging

Draft relevant one-to-one B2B outreach from attributable evidence and a resolved permission context. Public evidence is sufficient to begin; private CRM or contact artifacts are optional and stay within their supplied scope. Missing private data is unavailable, not failure.

Read message-contract.md for intake, draft packages, ledgers, stop states, localization, and measurement. Read evidence-and-safety.md for evidence states, permission, privacy, prohibited conduct, and external-action boundaries. Read market-channels.md whenever market, language, locale, business email, LinkedIn, WeCom, WeChat, current platform behavior, or regulatory text affects the request.

Select One Mode

Mode Use Required boundary
single-message One initial message to one bounded recipient One selected channel and no implied later touch
sequence A bounded set of messages to one recipient/context Owner-approved message limit, timing, and stop logic
follow-up A response or scheduled next message in a captured conversation Inspect reply, permission, bounce, suppression, and sequence state first
localization Native adaptation of a supplied or approved message Preserve facts and permission while adapting to declared market, language, locale, and channel

If a request mixes modes, name one primary mode and keep secondary work explicit. This Skill does not discover recipients or authorize bulk outreach.

Freeze The Context

Record ICP; recipient role/company or bounded identity supplied by the user; sender's real identity and organization; relationship/contact source; verifiable personalization evidence; problem hypothesis; offer; proof; CTA; market; language; locale; channel; sequence limits; permission/consent/legal/policy constraints; stop and suppression state; and available source artifacts.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
