growth-initiative-planning

growth-initiative-planning is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from krillinai/growth-skills. It costs 92 tokens per session (2,746 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A planning skill for turning one chosen growth direction into a practical 30–90 day initiative. It connects a business outcome to workstreams, dependencies, capacity, milestones, evidence, and rules for changing the plan.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to build, audit, or replan one bounded growth initiative after the strategy and target have already been chosen.
Why use it?
It helps teams replace vague growth plans with an agreed sequence of work, owners, checks, risks, and conditions for replanning.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00092 $0.02746
Opus 5 $0.00046 $0.01373
Sonnet 5 $0.00018 $0.00549
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00275

Security

Grade A, and why

growth-initiative-planning scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Growth Initiative Planning

Turn one selected growth direction into a feasible, versioned execution plan. Connect work to a bounded customer and business outcome through explicit mechanisms, dependencies, capacity, evidence gates, commitments, and change rules. A plan coordinates authorized work; it does not choose company strategy, manufacture approval, guarantee a target, operate systems, or prove impact.

Read initiative-contract.md before accepting the source decision, outcome, customer, market, scope, owner, authority, evidence, or plan state. Read workstreams-dependencies-and-capacity.md before sequencing work, assigning dates, declaring a critical path, or allocating people and budget. Read evidence-gates-and-replanning.md before defining milestones, experiments, commitments, completion, audit, or replanning. Read governance-market-transfer-and-actions.md before routing specialist work, transferring a plan across markets, using personal data, or proposing external actions. Read output-contract.md before delivery. Use playbook-sources.md for the pinned Growth Playbook basis.

Select One Mode

Mode Use
build Create one bounded initiative plan from a declared source decision, outcome, evidence, capacity, and horizon
audit Inspect an existing plan for lineage, coherence, feasibility, evidence gates, ownership, completion proof, and execution boundaries
replan Version a plan after material evidence, dependency, capacity, scope, risk, or decision change without rewriting history

Name one mode. Use exactly one plan state: proposed, ready, active, blocked, paused, complete, cancelled, or expired. State is not approval, authorization, action, verification, or business impact.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
