growth-operating-review

growth-operating-review is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from krillinai/growth-skills. It costs 34 tokens per session (2,494 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of instructions for running growth reviews: recurring meetings that use evidence to assess progress, risks, decisions, and commitments.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prepare growth reviews, reconcile metrics and forecasts, record decisions, manage risks, assign commitments, and define monitoring or escalation.
Why use it?
It helps keep reviews tied to previous expectations and recorded decisions instead of treating every meeting as a fresh discussion or guessing at causes.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00034 $0.02494
Opus 5 $0.00017 $0.01247
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00499
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00249

Security

Grade A, and why

growth-operating-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Growth Reviews, Decisions & Risk

Integrated Capabilities

This Skill consolidates adjacent workflows behind one trigger. Use the main workflow for core requests. When a request matches a module below, read that module before executing it:

Turn a recurring growth meeting into a versioned decision system. Focus on material changes, constraints, customer and business outcomes, assumptions, risks, and commitments rather than exhaustive metrics or activity. A review compares evidence with prior expectations and decisions; it does not manufacture causality, rewrite history, or authorize execution.

Read review-contract.md before accepting cadence, period, as-of date, audience, metrics, comparisons, or evidence. Read evidence-and-reconciliation.md before interpreting movement, targets, forecasts, growth accounting, experiments, or anomalies. Read operating-review-views.md before constructing customer, lifecycle, acquisition, economic, portfolio, capacity, or risk views. Read decisions-cadence-and-governance.md before assigning decisions, commitments, cadence, market transfer, privacy, or external actions. Read output-contract.md before delivery. Use playbook-sources.md for the pinned Growth Playbook basis.

Select One Mode

Mode Use
build Create a review from bounded supplied evidence and prior decision records
audit Inspect whether an existing review is reproducible, comparable, decision-focused, and governed
refresh Update a prior review with new mature evidence while preserving its version and history

Name one cadence: weekly, monthly, or quarterly. A weekly review handles fresh operating signals, incidents, commitments, and near-term gates. A monthly review reconciles mature lifecycle, economic, forecast, experiment, and portfolio evidence. A quarterly review tests strategic assumptions, capacity, and portfolio direction. Cadence does not override metric maturity.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
