ltv-analysis

ltv-analysis is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from krillinai/growth-skills. It costs 78 tokens per session (2,375 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A skill for measuring and forecasting customer lifetime value: the revenue or contribution a defined group of customers produces over time.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for auditing or estimating LTV, comparing compatible customer groups, and assessing LTV against acquisition cost.
Why use it?
It separates observed results from forecasts and makes retention, costs, uncertainty, and cohort comparisons explicit.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00078 $0.02375
Opus 5 $0.00039 $0.01188
Sonnet 5 $0.00016 $0.00475
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00237

Security

Grade A, and why

ltv-analysis scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

LTV Analysis

Estimate how much value a defined customer cohort has produced and may produce over an explicit horizon. Keep realized value, forecast value, customer value, revenue, contribution, and causal allocation separate; LTV is a versioned decision model, not an intrinsic customer property.

Read ltv-contract.md before accepting customer, cohort, retention, revenue, cost, or forecast evidence. Read methods-and-formulas.md before calculating observed or forecast LTV. Read calibration-and-uncertainty.md before comparing predictions, cohorts, models, or maturity. Read decisions-and-governance.md before using LTV for acquisition, pricing, treatment, portfolio, privacy, or market-transfer decisions. Read output-contract.md before delivery. Use playbook-sources.md to cite the pinned Growth Playbook basis.

Select One Mode

Mode Use
audit Inspect an existing LTV definition, calculation, model, report, ratio, forecast, or decision
estimate Calculate actual-to-date value or create a bounded forecast from supplied cohort, value, retention, and cost evidence
portfolio Compare compatible cohorts, products, channels, markets, or scenarios under one decision and capital boundary

Name one primary mode, decision, owner, customer and payer entity, cohort, product, market, value basis, horizon, evidence cutoff, model version, and external-action boundary. Public pages may verify visible prices, packages, products, and claims; they cannot establish realized customers, retention, costs, contribution, LTV, CAC, payback, forecast quality, or incrementality.

Freeze The LTV Contract

Record beneficiary, user, seat, workspace, household, account, legal customer, subscription, contract, order, payer, and marketplace participant hierarchy; acquisition, eligibility, activation, value, purchase, renewal, expansion, contraction, lapse, cancellation, churn, resurrection, reactivation, refund, and deletion states; cohort entry and original denominator; natural frequency and opportunity; product, offer, package, price, market, language, locale, currency, tax, revenue, cost, contribution, discount, cash, horizon, maturity, censoring, tail, terminal, identity, source, quality, privacy, model, uncertainty, calibration, owner, and requested action.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
