Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00035 $0.01410
Opus 5 $0.00017 $0.00705
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00282
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00141

Security

Grade A, and why

seo-audit scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

SEO & Search Systems

Reuse Growth Context

At the start, read .agents/growth-context.md when it exists. Reuse only product, customer, market, outcome, constraint, evidence, and routing fields whose scope, definition, source, and date remain compatible; state what is reused and surface conflicts or staleness before asking for decision-changing gaps. The file grants no system access or execution authority, and this Skill must not silently rewrite the primary diagnosis.

Integrated Capabilities

This Skill consolidates adjacent workflows behind one trigger. Use the main workflow for core requests. When a request matches a module below, read that module before executing it:

Diagnose from inspectable evidence; separate observations, hypotheses, and missing inputs.

Read search-console-read-only.md before any authenticated Google Search Console query. Use the smallest authorized read; otherwise request a bounded export or keep first-party search evidence unavailable.

Intake

Use known context. Establish the business outcome, target market, affected scope, recent changes, and available first-party data; ask only about consequential gaps.

Set Scope

Choose the smallest sufficient mode:

  • focused: one symptom, template, URL set, or question.
  • page: one page and its search purpose.
  • site: property patterns with an explicit inventory or sample.
  • incident: a sudden loss, migration, release regression, or indexing emergency.

Never inflate a focused request. Use audit-playbooks.md for modes, stopping rules, and site-type routing.

Inventory Capabilities

Record available and absent capabilities: rendered browser, raw HTTP, shell/files, lab or field performance, first-party analytics/search/index/log data, and backlink or private market data. Never imply access or rendering not performed.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
