salesbot-email

salesbot-email is a skill for Claude Code from Kubis010/linkedin-mcp-server-salesbot. It costs 53 tokens per session (450 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A procedure for sending personalised outreach emails through Salesbot, a service that can use email providers or a connected mailbox. It covers writing, sending, and handling the service's checks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to email leads, choose a connected sending service, fill in recipient details, and cancel a message when the selected mailbox allows it.
Why use it?
It reduces mistakes such as using the wrong recipient name, sending through the wrong channel, or duplicating a mailbox signature.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00053 $0.00450
Opus 5.5 $0.00021 $0.00180
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00011 $0.00090
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00045

Measured 7d ago against content hash 7ba146c26fed, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

salesbot-email scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

E-mail outreach with Salesbot

Pick the mailbox

list_email_integrations shows the user's own mailboxes (Outlook or IMAP/SMTP). Use provider: "mailbox" and provider_campaign_id = its mailbox_id. Salesbot sends within the sending hours, a few minutes apart, capped per day, and the e-mail can be withdrawn with cancel_email until it is sent. Smartlead and Instantly are no longer supported.

Write and send

send_email with contact_id or crm_lead_id, subject and body (plain text). Placeholders such as {{first_name}}, {{company}} and {{oslovení}} are filled per person. If the person has no address, pass email; it is saved to the contact.

Write each e-mail for that person. Do not sign the body when the mailbox has its own signature — Salesbot adds it, and a signed body would end up signed twice.

Salesbot checks every e-mail

Before anything is sent, Salesbot checks the greeting (right name, and pane/paní by the contact's gender), the company, leftover placeholders such as {{company}} or (název firmy), Czech grammar and a doubled signature.

  • AI_CHECK_FAILED — nothing was sent. Fix exactly what the error says (keep the rest of the e-mail) and call send_email again once.
  • If the second attempt also fails, the e-mail goes to the user's manual approval with the note. Tell the user; do not try a third time.
  • pending_approval — the e-mail waits for the user in Salesbot (CRM → E-maily). Never say it was sent.

Check progress later with list_email_outreach or get_email_status.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
