Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00039 | $0.02038 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00016 | $0.00815 |

Grade A, and why
provider-onboarding scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 13d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 99 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Provider Onboarding & Credential Architecture
This document defines the requirements, shared machinery, and safety invariants for onboarding new quota providers or modifying existing adapters in quota-axi.
Clean-Room & Dependency Policy
- Clean-room implementation: Adapter behavior (retry-after handling, snake/camel field tolerance, window parsing) must be an original implementation derived solely from the vendor's own HTTP/OAuth behavior. quota-axi carries no vendored third-party adapter code. The Z.AI adapter is the single attribution exception (derived from opencode-glm-quota, MIT) credited in
src/providers/zai.ts. - HTTP & proxy handling: Remote HTTP requests must route through
src/lib/http.ts(providerFetch) so standardHTTP_PROXY,HTTPS_PROXY, andNO_PROXYpolicies apply consistently without leaking proxy credentials in logs. Do not use globalfetchdirectly.- Node 26 compatibility:
src/lib/http.tspairs the installedundicibuild'sProxyAgentwith that same build'sfetchbecause Node's built-in global fetch only accepts dispatchers from its bundledundici, and Node 26 rejects externalProxyAgentinstances withInvalidArgumentError: invalid onError method.
- Node 26 compatibility:
- Process table reads: Any process-table inspection (e.g. Antigravity loopback detection or Claude process checks) must route through
currentUserProcessListArgsinsrc/lib/process.tsto handle platform flag differences portably (Linux procps rejects BSD-xalongside-u).
Provider Onboarding Checklist
When adding a new provider or migrating an existing adapter:
- Enumerate every source in ownership-stability order:
- Declare source priority via a named constant (e.g.
COPILOT_SOURCE_ORDER). - Distinguish
absent,structurally_invalid,unsupported,read_error, andresolved(stored-validorstored-expired) at the typed local resolution boundary. - Route Pi agent entries through
classifyPiAuthEntryinsrc/lib/pi-auth-store.ts. - Derive
credentialPresentonce from local resolution rather than ad hoc at call sites.
- Declare source priority via a named constant (e.g.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

provider-onboarding is a skill published in the GitHub repository kunchenguid/quota-axi (155 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 39 tokens to every session and 2,038 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-05.

Use the protobuf wire transport (instead of the default Server-Sent Events) for an AG-UI connection with the AG-UI .NET SDK — a compact binary event stream negotiated via the Accept header. How the Node side of a dev stack runs without haven, and the backend host: pnpm dev (UI built once, backend reloading), pnpm dev:hmr (adds the Vite ui lane), tools/dev-runtime (api + worker in one Node process), backend reload on a file change, the debounce (quiet window + max wait), ports derived from PORT.
