What is kx-accordion?

A Product Owner role for the Unfolding Specs process, which describes a product in small, testable pieces. It turns features into smaller features, acceptance tests, and documented business decisions.

Use it to break down features, write acceptance tests, identify unstated business rules, and coordinate with design, API, and architecture roles.

It helps uncover what a product should do and exposes assumptions that might otherwise remain unclear. This gives the development team clearer requirements to work from.
