kordoc-workbench

kordoc-workbench is a skill for Claude Code from laguna821/Achmage-Skills. It costs 43 tokens per session (648 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of kordoc-workbench, Apache-2.0.

A tool for analysing Korean HWP and HWPX forms and creating HWPX reports from Markdown in a matching style. HWPX is a Korean word-processing document format, and Markdown is plain text with simple formatting marks.

In plain words
What is it for?
It helps inspect reference forms, reuse templates, fill fixed forms, create official-style reports, and produce previews for validation.
Why use it?
It reduces the manual work of understanding fixed forms and reproducing their layout, while checking generated documents and reporting partial or skipped work.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00043 $0.00648
Opus 5.5 $0.00017 $0.00259
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00009 $0.00130
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00065

Security

Grade A, and why

kordoc-workbench scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 24 executable files (references/engine-api.d.ts, scripts/chunk-3T6O35FL.mjs, scripts/chunk-4KEIBFBR.mjs, …), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Use the bundled kordoc 4.18.13 engine for Korean reports. The normal workflow is reference form → style/field analysis → confirmed Markdown → HWPX → validation and SVG/HTML preview. Keep reusable TemplatePacks with the output. Core HWP/HWPX work needs Node >=20, without OCR models or a browser.

  1. Read references/templates.md for reference-form reports and references/gongmunseo.md for official reports. Select a mode from references/operations.md. Read other mode details only when needed. The pinned API types are in references/engine-api.d.ts.
  2. Write a JSON request with schemaVersion: 1, mode, absolute input paths and a new outputDir. Invoke node scripts/run.mjs request.json or python scripts/launch.py request.json. If Node is missing, run the platform setup script. Optional capabilities download pinned dependencies/models only when requested; explicit KORDOC_OFFLINE=1 forbids downloads. Query mode: capabilities for environment readiness. Never treat readiness as successful document verification.
  3. Review JSON results. Exit codes: 0 complete, 2 partial, 1 failed. Describe skipped edits/fields and requested features that were not processed. A partial result is not complete success.
  4. Deliver output files and relevant previews. HWPX structure validation is automatic for new files; visual review and Hancom opening are separate checks.

Do not request PDF/PNG/OCR for every report. Prefer SVG/HTML previews; request expensive formats only when needed. Preserve original font names; a preview can substitute installed fonts and is not proof of exact Hancom pagination. Internet access and cache persistence vary in web sessions: disclose an unavailable extension and never silently omit a requested output.

For fixed-layout forms, use fill (HWPX preserve) or patch (HWP5/HWPX). For reports with new structure or length, use template-analyze then template-apply. Confirm role meaning from extracted XML evidence; mark non-HWPX style inference as inferred.

Freeze cover dates explicitly with frozenDate or gongmun.cover.date. Determinism applies to frozen Markdown/options/assets and engine 4.18.13, not to the AI's draft. Retain originals and use new output directories. Masking covers detected text, with image PII coverage reported separately.

In web sessions set KORDOC_WEB=1 before invoking the runner. TemplatePacks are download artifacts: reuse across sessions requires saving and reattaching the pack, or verifying its persistent storage. HanMark delivery is an optional local addon; read references/hanmark.md only when requested. Web processing runs inside the web session and must not call a PC or external processing server.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
