Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00054 | $0.00271 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00022 | $0.00108 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00011 | $0.00054 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00027 |
Grade A, and why
browser scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Browser
Drive the browser through Claude in Chrome. REQUIRED: Use the claude-in-chrome skill. It works in the user's own Chrome, in a window they can see, with the extension's safety checks and the user's existing logins.
Use Playwright only when a skill or the user explicitly tells you to. REQUIRED: Read Playwright before using it.
If Claude in Chrome isn't connected or a site blocks it, stop and tell the user. Never fall back to Playwright on your own.
Rationalizations
| Thought | Reality |
|---|---|
| "Headless won't interrupt the user" | Claude in Chrome is the default. Playwright needs an explicit instruction. |
| "The Playwright MCP tools are already here" | Being loaded isn't being told to. Use Claude in Chrome. |
| "Chrome isn't responding, Playwright works" | Stop and tell the user. Don't switch paths on your own. |
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

browser is a skill published in the GitHub repository LandonSchropp/agent-toolkit (3 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 54 tokens to every session and 271 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-19.

eval-graphics
Turn an eval study's numbers into on-brand, publish-ready figures using the Newsjack chart room (the eval design system), then validate them with Playwright. For producing the charts in a published eval/data study.
news-search
Search current news for a topic, company, competitor, or hook and return dated, attributed articles. Uses the newsjack CLI and Medialyst REST API when available, tries direct Medialyst MCP if the CLI is missing, and falls back to host web/browser search with explicit caveats only when neither cloud path is available.
loom-e2e-testing
End-to-end testing for web applications with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and Puppeteer.
web-system-tests
The web realization of the system-tests contract — browser-driven system tests with Playwright against a running frontend. Owns the project layout (tests/), the Playwright configuration (baseURL plus webServer, cross-engine projects), the role- and label-based selector policy, code coverage as an opt-in second run…
browser-extension-builder
Expert in building browser extensions that solve real problems - Chrome, Firefox, and cross-browser extensions. Covers extension architecture, manifest v3, content scripts, popup UIs, monetization strategies, and Chrome Web Store publishing. browser-automation
Browser automation powers web testing, scraping, and AI agent interactions. The difference between a flaky script and a reliable system comes down to understanding selectors, waiting strategies, and anti-detection patterns. This skill covers Playwright (recommended) and Puppeteer, with patterns for testing, scraping…
