apdr-document-io

apdr-document-io is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from lazysheep-z/apdr-product-design-runtime. It costs 76 tokens per session (630 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A local document tool for reading and writing Word, PDF, PowerPoint, and Excel files, plus co-authoring long documents. It can turn imported requirements into structured project notes and export approved plans or handoffs as office files.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to import requirements from .docx or PDF files, read spreadsheet checklists, and export product requirements or handoff documents to Word, PDF, or PowerPoint.
Why use it?
It avoids manually copying information between office files and project records. It also keeps structured project data as the main source instead of treating an exported file as the only version.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00076 $0.00630
Opus 5.5 $0.00030 $0.00252
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00015 $0.00126
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00063

Measured 27d ago against content hash 8a8c91dfc0d3, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

apdr-document-io scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 27d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Workflow

  1. 判断介质:本地 Office → 本 skill;飞书 URL/token → skills/feishu-lark/SKILL.md

Do not

  • 把 .docx/.pdf 当流水线唯一真相(artifact JSON 优先)
  • 把个人路径、邮箱、密钥写进 artifact 或仓库
  • 默认提交二进制 Office 到 git(仓库 .gitignore 已忽略 *.docx 等)
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
