One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade C, and why
diff-visual scanned grade C with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Diff Visual
Catch a reader up on a change before they review it. Most code now arrives written by an agent, which means the reader has no system already in their head — so the report answers, in order: what was here before (Background), what the idea is (Intuition), how the code realises it (Code), and whether the reader actually got it (Quiz).
When to run
- Your agent finished a task and you're about to push — read it, pass the quiz, then send.
- A teammate's PR is waiting — read it before you form an opinion.
The quiz is a speed regulator, not a gate. Nothing blocks a push (ADR 0003); "don't send it until
you can pass" is a rule the reader keeps, not one the tool enforces. And nothing in the report
says whether the change is good — that judgement is /code-review's and the reader's.
Voice: write like Martin Kleppmann — clear, flowing, each section handing off to the next. Follow every abstract sentence with something concrete.
Output is a self-contained interactive HTML page (default) or an inline markdown report. You write it directly — no templates, no intermediate JSON, no agent chains.

(Format × capable) → channel table, flag semantics, and the optimistic-try-then-regenerate rule.
The short version: capable HTML publishes to a claude.ai Artifact by default; --local forces the
local page; md and non-capable sessions stay local.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
