For each number record value, unit, period, assumption, source, status and owner. A bottom-up market estimate shows reachable customer count, adoption assumption, price and period. Label public market data verified_fact, calculations derived_estimate, and untested statements hypothesis.
Match the track
- Higher main: close the loop with the customer, transaction and industry value.
- Red-tour: close the loop with beneficiary change, funding or operating continuity, delivery cost and replication boundary.
- Industry enterprise proposition: start from the enterprise requirement, constraints, deliverables and acceptance criteria. Generic market size cannot replace command fit.
- Results transfer: show the route from research output to product, buyer, economics and continued delivery.
Audit
Check competitor comparability, pricing basis, gross-margin bridge, cash needs, financing use, entity and equity facts, customer concentration, repeat use and downside cases. Never invent a market size, order, customer, revenue, margin or policy requirement.
