deck

deck is a skill for Claude Code from leewayworks/guochuang-gps. It costs 30 tokens per session (429 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A guide for creating and reviewing Guochuang pitch decks, project books, presentations, and visual evidence sequences. A pitch deck is a set of slides used to explain a project to reviewers.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to plan slide order, write headlines and speaker cues, select evidence, and rehearse cuts for limited presentation time.
Why use it?
It keeps each slide focused on one conclusion and ties numbers, visuals, and spoken claims to the same evidence.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00030 $0.00429
Opus 5 $0.00015 $0.00215
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00086
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00043

Security

Grade A, and why

deck scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 41 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Deck

Apply the shared policies in gps-common. When saving a Markdown report, use the common project-name rule with topic PPT.

Design the deck as a sequence of reviewer decisions. Each slide needs one conclusion, one visual job and one evidence pointer.

Build the sequence

A common technical or venture spine is:

value in one sentence -> real problem -> field finding -> intervention -> mechanism -> baseline and metric -> validation -> user or scene -> alternatives -> IP and student work -> customer and economics -> growth -> social value -> ask.

Change the order when the track demands it. For an industry project, make the chain visible: enterprise question -> response -> demonstrator -> expert questions. For red-tour, show participation and beneficiary change early.

Slide contract

For each page fill: no, purpose, headline, visual, evidence_ids, speaker cue, risk and cut priority.

The headline should state the conclusion, not the topic. Put units, sample size, date and source beside a number. Keep project-book, slide and spoken figures identical. Label image-only pages visual review required; missing extracted text is not proof that a page is empty.

Time cuts

Prepare three versions:

  • Full: the complete argument and supporting proof.
  • Review: remove decorative pages and keep one proof page per major claim.
  • Rescue: keep value, problem, mechanism, strongest result, user evidence, team ownership and the next step.

Never cut the only baseline, limitation or student-contribution evidence. Timing, page count, font and effects are local rules until the 2026 evaluation notice or a school or provincial notice confirms them.

Final QA

Check headline clarity, legibility, source and date, units, number consistency, ownership, privacy, transitions, screen readability and unsupported superlatives. End with the two claims the team wants the reviewer to remember and the evidence that supports each.

See references/slide-patterns.md for historical patterns.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
