Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

세션 핸드오프
.ai-sdlc/ 파이프라인 실행 중간의 단계 상태만 저장할 때는 ai-sdlc-skills-handoff의 실행 아티팩트를 따른다. 세션을 넘길 때는 이 스킬로 전달 경로와 다음 작업 이슈를 정한다.
핸드오프는 요약이 아니라 재개 가능한 상태다. 다음 세션이 이것만 읽고 같은 자리에서 다음 명령을 칠 수 있어야 한다. "뭘 했는지" 보다 "지금 어디에 서 있고 다음에 뭘 치는지" 가 본체다.
컨텍스트 사용량이 40~50% 에 닿으면 하던 걸 멈추고 이 스킬을 부른다. compaction 은 모델이 뭘 버릴지 스스로 고르므로 안전망일 뿐이다.
어디에 남기나 — 상황당 한 곳
재개 상태를 두 군데에 나눠 적지 않는다. 나눠 적으면 어느 쪽도 혼자서는 재개 가능한 상태가 아니게 되고, 다음에 쓸 때 한쪽 내용이 조용히 빠진다(2026-09-21 실측, 이슈 #152 — 함정·기동 명령은 핸드오프 이슈에만, 새로 확정된 패턴은 다음 이슈 메모에만 있었다).

이슈 도중에 끊을 때 본문은 항상 만든다. 인프라가 있으면 그 본문은 이슈에
들어가고 HANDOFF.md 는 위치만 가리킨다 — 레포에 재개 상태를 평문으로 남기지
않고, 다음 세션은 파일 한 줄만 읽어도 어디로 가야 하는지 안다. 인프라가 없으면
갈 곳이 없으므로 본문 자체가 HANDOFF.md 에 남는다(파일 모드) — 절차가 멈추지
