Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00015 | $0.00678 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00008 | $0.00339 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00003 | $0.00136 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00068 |
Grade A, and why
repovine-status scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 50 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
repovine-status
Display repovine status across the graph lifecycle, syntax index, and annotations.
Instructions
- First, check whether the graph itself is ready:
get_build_status({})
If result.status is "building" or "pending", the graph is still being built. Call get_build_status({ "waitSec": 45 }) once to long-poll. If it still returns building, report the current stage, remainingStages, pct, donePackages/totalPackages, and stageEtaSec (current stage only), then stop — the calls below need a ready graph and will themselves return a not-ready payload (result.status "building" or "pending"). Do not infer time until ready from the stage ETA or use ETA thresholds to decide whether to wait. Recommend the user wait, or pre-build with repovine build next time. To abandon the build, call get_build_status({ "cancel": true }): it stops Stage 1 workers and returns cancelled (no graph) or keeps a prior ready graph.
result.status:"cancelled" means a cancel left no graph. A settled build is not something to wait for, so tools report it as an error carrying the action that recovers: trigger a rebuild with refresh_context, or run repovine build and restart the server. Only "building" and "pending" come back unflagged.
If the response is status:"failed", report errorMessage and recommend a clean rebuild (e.g. clear .repovine/.cache and restart the MCP server).
If the response is status:"ready", continue with annotation health:
get_annotation_merge_status({})
validate_annotations({})
get_annotation_status({ "view": "coverage" })
- Present:
- graph build state (pending / building / ready / failed / cancelled) with stage and progress when not ready
- whether repovine.annots.json has conflict markers or parse/validation problems
- overall coverage, and
unconfirmablewhen a bucket reports it - fresh vs stale annotations
- lowest-coverage domains
- queue
needsWork, staleKind counts, and orphan hints from the response
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

repovine-status is a skill published in the GitHub repository legann/repovine (0 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 15 tokens to every session and 678 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
