skill-113

skill-113 is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from legendtkl/agentic-skill-router. It costs 19 tokens per session (130 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A tool that turns video speech into text with timestamps. Whisper is a speech-recognition system that identifies spoken words and records when each part was said.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to transcribe tutorials and other videos into timestamped text.
Why use it?
It saves the work of transcribing a video by hand and makes it easier to find specific moments in a recording. The result can be used as a searchable transcript.

Skill for Claude CodeCodex

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one.

Needs its repository: it runs a file that does not travel with it, so clone the repository first. The line is python3 scripts/transcribe.py /root/tutorial_video.mp4 -o transcript.txt --model tiny.

Good fit Use it to transcribe tutorials and other videos into timestamped text.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00019 $0.00130
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00065
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00026
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00013

Security

Grade A, and why

skill-113 scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Speech-to-Text

Transcribe video to text with timestamps.

Usage

python3 scripts/transcribe.py /root/tutorial_video.mp4 -o transcript.txt --model tiny

This produces output like:

[0.0s - 5.2s] Welcome to this tutorial.
[5.2s - 12.8s] Today we're going to learn...

The tiny model is pre-downloaded and takes ~2 minutes for a 23-min video.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
