Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00032 | $0.00411 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00164 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00082 |

Grade A, and why
coding-operation-loop scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Coding Operation Loop
Run in order unless task is a direct command. Weight: tiny silent/brief, standard normal, heavy may add durable plan or evidence.
understand -> locate -> inspect -> scope -> patch -> verify -> repair -> report
Understand behavior and success condition. Locate candidates with fast search, file lists, tests, symbols, or graph locators before broad content. Inspect only owners, relevant tests, config, conventions. Scope writes narrowly. Patch in style. Verify with the cheapest meaningful command. Repair only observed failures or clear omissions. Report changed files, behavior, verification.
Invoking this loop counts as using coding-operation-loop even if this file was not opened. Do not report 0 skills or none after saying the loop handled work. If only a similar tactic was followed without route/invocation, do not claim the skill. Keep opened skill files separate from used skills.
Broad explanation prompts like Explain this codebase are not coding just because the target is a repo. Send through context-router first to narrow explanation scope; enter this loop only for implementation, repair, tests, review fixes, or setup.
For tiny, skip durable plan files, broad ledgers, refs unless required. For heavy, load repo-root references/coding-operating-structure.md and preserve resume/audit reasoning.
Use output-slicing for large command output. Use source-fidelity when external API behavior, package versions, or current docs affect code. Use baseline-observer for token/workflow comparisons. Use subagent-gate only when independent parallel work is justified.
Load repo-root references/coding-operating-structure.md only when broad, risky, multi-file, or durable planning is needed.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

coding-operation-loop is a skill published in the GitHub repository lemos999/codex-active-orchestration (2 stars, last pushed 5mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 32 tokens to every session and 411 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
