ops-fleet

ops-fleet is a skill for Claude Code from Lifecycle-Innovations-Limited/claude-ops. It costs 28 tokens per session (1,125 once invoked), scanned B, original, MIT.

A read-only dashboard for viewing local coding-agent sessions, a gateway service, available models, authentication records, and recent request health signals.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to inspect session and daemon status, check gateway reachability and latency, review the effective model catalog, and examine recent errors and inference performance.
Why use it?
It brings operational information into one view without changing configuration, credentials, accounts, queues, or running services.

Written for Claude Code: allowed-tools in frontmatter. Also seen: names the AskUserQuestion tool; mentions Claude Code.

Runs only inside its plugin — its command needs a path that Claude Code sets for a plugin’s own hooks and for nothing else. Install the plugin, not this.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00028 $0.01125
Opus 5 $0.00014 $0.00562
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00225
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00112

Security

Grade B, and why

ops-fleet scanned grade B with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Asks for rootmediumPrivilege escalation

A mod that escalates privileges can change anything on the machine, not only the project.

OPS ► FLEET

Load ops-rules before acting. Public repo (no personal data). Outbound: one draft → one approval → one send. If AskUserQuestion / Workflow are missing, follow Rule 10 in ops-rules (Hermes: numbered options / two-turn Telegram card; delegate_task).

Unified, read-only operational dashboard for:

  • local Claude Code sessions and daemon state;
  • the configured CLIProxyAPI gateway;
  • the effective model catalog grouped by provider;
  • the canonical server-side auth-record pool and configured load-balancing policy;
  • recent inference-only request, error, and latency signals;
  • optional legacy local account-rotator utilization.

It renders state and never changes it. It does not consume the CLIProxyAPI usage queue, modify configuration, refresh credentials, switch accounts, or restart services.

Runtime sources

Layer Source Truth represented
Claude sessions claude agents --json live interactive/background session census
Claude daemon claude daemon status local supervisor/socket state
Gateway GET / CLIProxyAPI server identity, reachability, latency
Models authenticated GET /v1/models effective client-visible model catalog
Pool sanitized helper/command JSON enabled/disabled/backup auth records, configured routing/retries, recent inference RED signals
Legacy rotator local state file, opt-in compatibility utilization only; not canonical gateway pool truth

A protected model endpoint returning 401/403 means gateway reachable, auth required — not gateway down. A missing pool collector degrades only the pool panel; session and gateway rows still render.

Discovery and configuration

Claude binary

  1. CLAUDE_BIN
  2. command -v claude

CLIProxyAPI base URL

  1. CLIPROXYAPI_BASE_URL
  2. fleet.cliproxy_base_url in $PREFS_PATH
  3. Claude settings ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL
  4. portable fallback http://127.0.0.1:8317

Client authentication uses CLIPROXY_API_KEY or CLIPROXYAPI_API_KEY. Values are used only as request headers and are never printed.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ops-fleet is a skill published in the GitHub repository Lifecycle-Innovations-Limited/claude-ops (187 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 28 tokens to every session and 1,125 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it B with 1 finding (asks for root). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
