contract-review: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/report-compiler/SKILL.md

report-compiler is a skill for Claude Code from lowtidebuild/contract-review. It costs 0 tokens per session (1,398 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A tool for turning structured analysis data into professional DOCX reports, the editable document format used by Microsoft Word. It supports several report layouts, including English, Korean, and change-focused reports.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to compile analysis or re-review results into DOCX files, including executive summaries, clause analysis, risk distributions, negotiation progress, new issues, and resolved issues.
Why use it?
It saves time formatting analysis into a deliverable and can reject incomplete risk data unless explicitly allowed.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.01398
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.00699
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00280
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00140

Security

Grade A, and why

report-compiler scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 3 executable files (scripts/compile-delta-report.js, scripts/compile-draft.js, scripts/compile-report.js), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

report-compiler Skill

Compile analysis results into professional DOCX report deliverables.

Capabilities

  1. Analysis Report (scripts/compile-report.js)

    • Generates DOCX with either:
      • legacy flat Executive Summary + per-clause analysis, or
      • numbered Section 1-6 English structure when executive_summary.negotiation_priority is present, or
      • Korean memorandum-style opinion when report language is Korean
    • Korean renderer applies A4 sizing, CJK font, minimal color, disclaimer blocks, information block, and signature block
    • Input: review data JSON with clauses, executive_summary, risk distribution, optional memorandum metadata, and optional matter working directory for baseline trace injection
    • Usage: node compile-report.js <review_data.json> <output.docx> [<matter_working_dir>] [--allow-incomplete]
    • Default behavior fails closed when executive_summary.risk_distribution cannot prove that every rated clause is present; --allow-incomplete is for legacy recompile/debugging only
  2. Delta Report (scripts/compile-delta-report.js)

    • Generates DOCX for re-review delta reports
    • Sections: Negotiation Progress, New Issues, Resolved Issues, Open Items
    • Usage: node compile-delta-report.js <delta_data.json> <output.docx>
  3. Draft Contract DOCX (scripts/compile-draft.js)

    • Generates the official WF5 draft DOCX from working/draft.json
    • Renders section hierarchy, defined-term bolding, preamble, and signature blocks
    • Does not include self-review notes by default; set output_options.include_self_review_notes: true only for an explicitly internal working draft
    • Usage: node compile-draft.js <draft.json> <output.docx>

When to Use

  • WF2 Step 10: compile analysis report
  • WF4 Step 5: compile delta report
  • WF5 Step 7: compile the contract draft DOCX

Input JSON Format — Analysis Report

memo_metadata strings are free text and are rendered verbatim. Write them in whatever report_language is set to — the values below are illustrative only, not literals to copy into a report in another language.

What ships with it

3 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
