What is azure-identity-java?

A Java authentication library guide for connecting applications to Azure services through Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft's identity and access system. It covers default credentials, managed identities, service principals, certificates, and interactive login.

Use it to authenticate Java applications and Azure SDK clients with the credential type suited to their environment.

It reduces the need to write separate authentication code for development machines, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure-hosted applications.
